I’m out and about with my camera pretty much all the time, with my new photographic obsession as my main line of work is my photography (i make jewelry too) but I always find it helpful to stumble across articles of this kind that can point me into new directions with innovative ideas.
A home made light box! Who would have thought! Well… I wouldn’t because I’m a stay at home mum and all SAHM’s will know why such a thought wouldn’t spring to mind lol! Convenience is always a necessity for me because I lack so much time so I’m the kind of person who’d on a whim just go out and buy a ridiculously expensive box for my jewelry photos, and I have considered it lately as I never get the chance to work on my crafts in the daytime. But homemade! thanks for posting such a useful video! x
I have recently become a huge fan or picnik to edit my photos (www.picnik.com). It really easy cropping and resizing tools and a million fonts and effects add to your image. It rocks!
Some really good content here - keep it up!
Cool thanks!!

i have some tips to make the most of your automatic digicam for photographing jewelry in my blog. click here.
I’m gonna try some of these tips as soon as I get my camera back. I need to take new photos so these tips will only may my photos better, I hope. Thanks for help
Great advice, I’m such a novice - I find that too much information is just overwhelming and not helpful under those circumstances. I feel able now to pull out my husband’s light box and have a go.
Great light box video. Easy and clear instructions.
I also need to take advantage of Picassa, I have had it forever but never used it. It was metioned as his favorite free editing site.
thanks for all the great info Deana
Ohhh, I would love to learn how to get my photography “exposed” pardon the pun. I seem to have all the sites…twitter, blogspot, artfire, etsy…but low views!!!
Thanks! ~Jillian
I have been looking for a free way to give my photos the extra boost they need. Since I take most of my photos at night when my kids are in bed, So I think this just might do the trick. Ill be sure to blog about my results.
